CheapVapes.com gladly accepts returns of unopened, unused, undamaged, or defective items purchased on our website for a refund within 7 days of delivery date. (Delivery date counts as the 1st day)

For safety and sanitary purposes, we will not accept returns on the following items, opened or used, and therefore NON REFUNDABLE: E-Liquids, RBA, RDA, tanks, cartomizers, cartridges, atomizers, and rechargeable batteries.

If packages are opened and used, we WILL NOT accept it back under any circumstances and they are not subject to a refund.

For unopened or unused items, there will be a 20% restocking fee. For manufacturer defects on the original item, there will be no charge. Products will be tested upon arrival for manufacturer defects. If product is found defective we will provide a replacement.

If you would like to submit a request for a replacement or exchange, please contact our customer service department by email at info@cheapvapes.com. Please provide your FULL NAME, ORDER #, PHONE NUMBER, and REASONS for the return. We will only attempt to call you twice and are unable to leave voice mails. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on returning the package. Replacements are going to be shipped out after we receive the defective item back at our facility.

Order Cancellation
For order cancellation requests, you must use our “Contact Us” with the Title “Cancel Order #”. Cancellation requests must be submitted before 2pm PST (Los Angeles, CA). Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

DOA & Wrong Items
All Dead on Arrivals or Wrong Item claims must be reported back to us within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Scratches and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by warranty. Pictures of package & contents may be requested for proof.

Return Shipping Costs
In regards to the cost of shipment for returns, customers are responsible for the cost to ship the item(s) back using some tracking mail service like USPS PRIORITY MAIL. Once we receive the item(s) and a return is approved based on the terms above, a replacement will be sent back to the customer at our expense or in some cases a refund will be issued to the same method of payment on the original order. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Compatibility
We do not guarantee compatibility between items. Many products may or may not with other products depending on brand, model, style, and functionality. If you have any questions about compatibility, PLEASE do your research or ask us before placing your order. We will not accept returns due to incompatibility. We will not guarantee products based on misuse or damage due to incompatibility with other products.

Refused Items
If customer refuses the packages for any reasons, we reserve the right to refund the order less a 20% restocking fee along with the shipping charges.

Shipping is based on the item(s) purchased. At checkout, a shipping amount will be displayed. We often offer Free Shipping based on an amount purchased.

We accept debit and credit cards with the following logos: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMEX. Some pre-paid credit cards will not be processed due to a lack of Address Validation System.

Depending on your location, shipping usually takes 2-7 days for First Class or Ground and 1-3 days for Priority or Express.
